Qualification:
Foreign or Local LLM or Barrister-atLaw or Solicitor with at least nine (09) years’ experience in legal and legislative matters in public orprivate sector.
Professional credentials:
- Experience of drafting or reviewing of Conventions, Agreements, MOUs, Contracts and other Legal Documents.
- Preferably having understanding of International Law and skills of rendering legal opinion on policy and regulatory matters and experience in legislative drafting.
Shortlisting Criteria:
Candidate having experience in public sector will be preferred followed by state run corporations / entities and private corporations of repute.
